OEM Comm uses FLDigi, a free and open-source program which allows an ordinary computer’s sound card (or any audio coupling device, including holding your radio’s microphone to a computer speaker) to be used as a simple two-way data modem. This allows us to pass traffic via ICS and other forms over the amateur airwaves.
Remember to sign with your call sign after any data transmission (and before as a courtesy) if FLDigi is not signing via CW automatically.
